Books for the library on Shevchenko, Kamianske
After a full-scale invasion, we usually send the books by mail. But on October 6, 2022, we happened to be involved in a special event.
Due to the rotation, one of the units to which we gave about 60 books under the "Army Reads" program was unable to keep the literature. So the military offered to transfer the books to the Central Library of the city of Kamianske.
Thanks to the support of Gennady Kanishchenko and the company Spetztekhosnastka Ltd., we were able to supplement this list and gave the library a total of more than 150 books.
Biblioteka Shevchenka is modern and progressive. They initiated a mobile library project - books will travel between branches and hospitals so that more people can read quality literature.
At the event, Nash Format and us talked about the "Army Reads" project, the library employees reviewed the books they received from us, and after the presentation, visitors immediately took them for subscription. So the books are already being read!
