Медичний персонал військової частини 3080 виконує важливе завдання – забезпечує бойову готовність підрозділів Національної гвардії України, надаючи своєчасну кваліфіковану медичну допомогу учасникам антитерористичної операції, які прибули з АТО для лікування чи реабілітації та військовослужбовцям, які тимчасово вибули зі строю через недугу.
Декілька мобільних бригад медиків військового госпіталю почергово відряджаються на Схід у зону бойових дій для того, щоб поряд з іншими медичними працівниками у лікувальних закладах та на блокпостах рятувати людські життя, надавати першу медичну допомогу, лікувати поранених.
