Annual report 2025
Dear friends and supporters of the Ukrainian Reformation Community!
First and foremost, we sincerely thank you for your support, which allowed us to launch new initiatives and maintain ongoing projects this year. Your contributions and informational support are vital for the development of our projects and the achievement of our common goal — building a powerful Ukrainian state. We are deeply grateful to each of you as we summarize our activities for 2025.
Below, we have outlined the main information regarding our projects and achievements in 2025. But before moving to the report, we would like to share an important update for our Organization.
As a testament to active service to the ideas of the Reformation, Vladyslav Kyrychenko, one of the founders and ideologists of the Organization, has decided to transfer 10% of the Nash Format Publishing House to the benefit of Reformatsia. From now on, 10% of the publisher's profits will be regularly directed toward our activities. This will provide us with a more stable financial foundation, the ability to plan our projects, and the means to help those we serve more effectively.
For us, this is not merely a financial decision, but an expression of personal responsibility and trust in the work we do together with you.
Thank you to each of you for your support, trust, and for staying by our side. It is thanks to such decisions and your participation that our organization can continue to evolve and consistently support existing projects.
In 2025, we delivered more than 1,200 field manuals and guides to military libraries, as well as more than 7,000 books through the "Army Reads" (Viysko Chytaye) program. To ensure the high-quality continuation of the Army Reads program, we managed to purchase approximately 10,000 books.
As part of our initiatives in 2025, our cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs was particularly significant — we delivered books to the Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, and Dnipro Lyceums for Security and National-Patriotic Education.
Another landmark event was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation under the "Army Reads" program with the Logistics Forces Command of the AFU. Within this partnership, we replenished more than ten libraries of the Command's military units throughout the year.
Thanks to your help, we successfully closed the fundraiser for Combat Manuals for Mechanized and Tank Forces (Parts II and III), including the 2023 amendments and supplements. Among this year's active fundraisers, we have an ongoing collection for additional print runs of books for the military (launched in 2024) and a fundraiser for the "Ranger Handbook" for the Drone Force training center. The Ranger Handbook is one of the mandatory readings for U.S. Army Special Operations units. Providing these books to Drone Force cadets is a fine tradition we have maintained since 2024.
Furthermore, in collaboration with the Professional Military Education Institute "Leadership Training" of the National Defense University of Ukraine (NDUU), we provided all L3 and L4 course graduates with books that help deepen their understanding of the essence of modern warfare. In February, the Institute's graduates received a total of 420 books.
Kuznya Unizh — is a center of Ukrainian identity located at the intersection of the Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil regions on the slopes of the Dniester Canyon. The mission of Kuznya is to nurture the economic, scientific, military, and political elite through collective labor, communication, and the interaction of youth with those who serve as real-world role models.
In 2025, the following events took place at Kuznya Unizh:
- Spring and Autumn Volunteer Sessions. Participants included members of Reformatsia, the "Expedition" NGO, teams from Nash Format publishing house and Sago Group, and long-time friends of Unizh. During the week-long spring session, we tended to the young orchard, pruned the vineyard and planted 150 saplings, mowed the grass, planted 52 arborvitae (thuja) trees along the perimeter, created a rock garden, cleared the old apple orchard, and set up an irrigation system. In the autumn, we harvested one and a half tons of apples and pressed them into juice.
For us, volunteer work represents gratitude, giving back, and sacrifice—an opportunity to help others, benefit society, and contribute to something larger and more significant. Volunteering fosters community development and is a mandatory part of both adult and children's camps. We plan to maintain this tradition in the coming years and invite you to join us!
- BIOCAMP 2025. This was the first children's scientific biology camp held at Kuznya Unizh. Over 16 days, twenty young biologists from various regions of Ukraine immersed themselves in the world of practical biology. With three lectures a day, field work, chemical reagents, and conducting experiments, we provided children the opportunity to learn new things, improve their skills, and be among like-minded peers. We plan for Biocamp to become an annual event at Kuznya.
- Camp for Azov Children. More than 50 participants aged 8 to 15 spent 10 days at Kuznya, developing physical strength, endurance, and discipline. This camp is a logical continuation of Kuznya’s cornerstone idea. We created this place not just as a location, but as a site where the next generation of the Ukrainian nation's elite can grow.
- Summer Chemistry School, organized by Enamine Ltd. Students tackled complex topics, learned to analyze data, developed analytical thinking, and honed their understanding of chemical processes. Thanks to Enamine Ltd, three rooms at Kuznya Unizh were equipped as classrooms with desks and projectors, so Kuznya is now ready to host scientific and educational camps.
- Additionally, Kuznya Unizh hosted the Expedition camp, the Sunflower project, and guests from all over Ukraine who came for rafting on the Dniester. Kuznya Unizh is open to hosting various events. For more information, please contact oc@format.ua.
TCCC.org.ua — is an educational platform for tactical medicine, created and developed by a consortium of three organizations: the Ukrainian Reformation Community, the American Ukrainian Medical Foundation, and the All-Ukrainian Resuscitation Council.
The project includes a website and a mobile application filled with tactical medicine protocols based on TCCC standards in Ukrainian, as well as other related materials, such as the ASSET+ course for surgeons, STANAG protocols according to NATO standards, and more.
This year, we presented a video course on tactical medicine, created jointly by the TCCC.org.ua team and the National Guard of Ukraine: ASM (All Service Members) — a tactical medicine video course for every service member based on TCCC protocols from the Joint Trauma System. We also continue to work on translating up-to-date materials and updates for the website.
In 2025, the TCCC.org.ua team was invited to attend three international conferences: the "Combat Medical Care Conference 2025" in Munich, the "2025 Heal Ukraine Conference" in Boston, and the "Tourniquet Forum 2025: International Forum on Combat Extremity Trauma and Tourniquet Use" in Kyiv. At these conferences, we gained new knowledge, friends, and partnerships. Representing Ukraine at international events is a great responsibility and honor, and we made every effort to represent the project with dignity.
In 2025, the tccc.org.ua team, together with our partner, Nash Format Publishing House, completed the translation of the ASSET (Advanced Surgical Skills for Exposure in Trauma) course for surgeons.
The ASSET+ course is of exceptional value for military surgeons, as it focuses on improving the surgical skills necessary to access vital vessels and organs during trauma. It provides detailed algorithms for surgical interventions in extreme conditions, where the outcome depends on the speed and professionalism of the doctor. The print run was completed in August. Currently, the books are being distributed among doctors taking the ASSET+ course, with the support of the Ministry of Defense Health Department and the Aspen Medical organization.
In addition, the tccc.org.ua team, together with Nash Format Publishing, continues to work on the publication of the PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support) book, which is the global standard for prehospital trauma education, as well as the book "Veterans and Military Mental Health" — a recent work on the mental health of military personnel and veterans.
Unfortunately, 2025 was not without its share of distressing events.
On the night of July 4, Russian missiles destroyed the warehouse of Reformatsia and the "Nash Format" publishing house. Fortunately, none of our colleagues were injured. However, the building housing the warehouse was destroyed and rendered unusable for further operation. We underwent a long and exhausting relocation process, but by the end of summer, we were able to resume shipments. Without the support of our friends, supporters, volunteers, and benefactors, we would not have managed. Therefore, we sincerely thank everyone who helped us with manual labor, donations, and by spreading the word!
It is a fine tradition to declare goals for the coming year. We are happy to uphold this tradition and outline the direction we plan to take in each of our areas of work.
At Kuznya Unizh, we plan to:
- Hold a spring volunteer session for members and supporters of the organization in May 2026, and an autumn volunteer session in October.
- Organize a leadership camp for children in collaboration with the "Expedition" NGO, featuring prominent figures of our time.
- Host children's scientific and patriotic training camps at Kuznya, as well as conduct BIOCAMP 2026.
- Develop partnerships with friendly organizations and host camps, gutirky (discussion panels), and team-building events for companies whose values align with our own.
Together with our partners, we will continue working in several directions:
- In 2026, we plan to publish the book PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support).
- We also plan to complete the work on the "Veterans and Military Mental Health" project. The book is scheduled to be published by Nash Format in the first half of the year.
- We will continue to update the tccc.org.ua website with translations of updated protocols and new materials.
Your contribution helps us move forward and implement initiatives vital to the country. Together, we are building a future where every action contributes to a change for the better. Thank you for your trust and support. May our joint efforts bring us closer to victory!
