IT specialist, co-founder of the NGO "Reformation"

He was born in 1979 in the Volyn region, graduated from the humanitarian gymnasium with in-depth study of foreign languages in the city of Rivne. From 1995 to 1996, as a Freedom Support Act student, he studied at Putnam Country High School in Unionville, Missouri, USA
From 1996 to 2001, he received a higher legal education at the National University "Ostroh Academy", at the same time he worked in the international department and computer center of the Academy. Completed internship at the Prosecutor's Office of Rivne and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Worked as deputy editor-in-chief of online publications Um, proUA and comments.ua. On December 1, 2013, he was wounded on Bankova near the presidential administration while performing a journalistic task. He was a volunteer on the Maidan, provided transportation of protesters with medicines, suture material, tires, bulletproof vests and optical devices.

After the Maidan, he joined the creation of the NGO Ukrainian Reserve Army, which was at the origin of the creation of the Movement to assistance for territorial defense of Ukraine, which made a significant contribution to the formation of the modern territorial defense system of Ukraine. As the head of the international department of MATDU, he gained experience of interaction with the territorial units of Estonia, Latvia, Poland and Lithuania.

On a volunteer basis, he worked as the deputy head of the Department of military-patriotic education and territorial defense support at the Society for aid the defense of Ukraine. At the same time, he was engaged in the supply of everything necessary to volunteer units, NGUs and the Armed Forces.

At the beginning of the war with Russia, he conducted seminars for journalists "Work of a journalist in hot spots", organized by the Institute of Mass Information and Reporters Without Borders.

Actively protects the right of Ukrainians to receive information and services in the Ukrainian language in Kyiv. Lives in the city of Kyiv, is married, has a son and a daughter.
