He was born in 1978 in the Makariv district of the Kyiv region. A citizen of Ukraine.

In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of The Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

He worked at the State Committee of Ukraine for the Medical and Microbiological Industry, at the publishing house "Kyivski Vidomosti". Since 2011, he has opened his own business - a group of companies "Printstore group".

Married, has two sons.
